Psychotherapy I Couples Therapy
Board certified in Clinical Psychology, American Board of Professional Psychology
Fellow, American Psychological Association • Fellow, Academy of Clinical Psychology
I use a combination of psychodynamic, interpersonal, and cognitive treatment approaches, tailored to your personal situation. At our first appointment, I will begin to help you tell your personal story.
Every person lives their lives through their own personal stories. This human need is reflected in the story-telling traditions in every culture, as well as in literature, visual art, movies, and music.
If you are considering psychotherapy for yourself, it may be that you have become unhappy with the direction your life has taken. I will ask questions and offer observations that will help you identify and clarify details of your personal story, as well as view your story from new perspectives. This collaborative work will move your life in a happier direction.
